The absence of an immediate response by the Administrator to a given comment does not mean acceptance of its content.
8. Users’ liability for published content

It is permitted to quote short excerpts of content under the rules provided by law, with indication of the source and an active link to WBIZNES.COM, provided that such quotation does not interfere with the normal use of the work or the Administrator’s rights.
11. Sharing content in social media
The Administrator allows users to share articles, posts, entries and other materials from WBIZNES.COM in social media, messengers, newsletters, private messages and other communication channels, provided that the sharing:
- contains a link to the original publication on the Website or to the official profile of the Website,
- does not mislead recipients as to the authorship or source of the content,
- does not suggest non-existent cooperation, patronage, recommendation or authorisation,
- does not change the meaning of the publication,
- does not harm the good name of the Website,
- is not used in a manner contrary to law or good manners.
Sharing a link to an article does not mean a transfer of copyright or the granting of a licence to copy the full article outside the Website.

12. Protection of the WBIZNES.COM brand
The name WBIZNES.COM, the visual identity, graphic signs, visual layout, portal concept, slogans, promotional materials and other brand elements are legally protected.

Submitting materials for publication means granting the Administrator a non-exclusive, free-of-charge, territorially unlimited licence to publish, distribute, editorially edit, technically adapt, promote and archive them within the Website and related communication channels, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
The Administrator has the right to refuse publication of materials without giving a reason.

- acts or omissions of advertisers,
- the content of advertisers’ websites,
- terms of advertisers’ offers,
- performance of contracts concluded by users with advertisers,
- damage resulting from the use of advertisers’ products or services,
- decisions made by users based on advertisements or sponsored materials.
The user should independently assess the advertiser’s offer before making a purchase, entering into cooperation or using a service.
The Administrator reserves the right to refuse publication, remove or mark advertising material if the Administrator considers that it violates the law, good manners, the interests of the Website, the rights of third parties or editorial standards.
15. External links

The Administrator has no control over external websites and is not liable for:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
24. Data security
The Administrator applies appropriate organisational and technical measures aimed at protecting personal data against:

- unauthorised use.
However, the user should remember that using the internet always involves some risk. The Administrator does not guarantee the absolute security of data transmission over the network.
25. Newsletter
If the Website launches a newsletter, subscription to the newsletter will be voluntary.
Data provided upon subscription will be processed in order to send the newsletter, information about new content, activities, projects, events, offers or promotional materials.
The user will be able to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, according to the instructions available in the newsletter message or by contacting the Administrator.
If the newsletter is not yet active, this section is informational and will apply from the moment this function is launched.
26. Materials created or supported by AI

The use of AI tools does not mean that the Administrator waives rights to prepared, selected, edited, published or composed materials, if they are protected under applicable law.

It is prohibited to undertake actions that may violate the security, integrity, availability or interests of the Website, in particular:

- copying the article database,
- bypassing technical safeguards,
- overloading the server,

The Administrator reserves the right to block access, restrict functionality, report abuse to appropriate entities and take legal action against persons or entities violating the above rules.
28. Availability and operation of the Website
The Administrator makes efforts to ensure that the Website operates correctly and is available to users. However, the Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of the Website.
